Welcome to Mixport, provided by Hagerlabs, LLC (“Hagerlabs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our app, website, and related services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

Use of the Service

• You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

Accounts & Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Subscriptions & Billing

Some features may require a paid subscription or in-app purchase processed by Apple or other platforms. Billing is governed by the platform’s terms. Refunds, if any, are handled by the platform or our payment partner.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it using methods other than the interface and instructions we provide. You will comply with third‑party platform policies (e.g., Apple Music, Spotify) when using integrations.

Intellectual Property

Mixport and all related content are owned by Hagerlabs or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HAGERLABS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
