Hagerlabs, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the AutoRec mobile application (the “App”), our websites that link to this Privacy Policy (the “Site”), and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how we share it, and the choices you have. We aim to collect the minimum information necessary to operate AutoRec and to keep the Platform secure.

Information We Collect
Information you provide
- Account information: such as email address and basic account identifiers if you create an account.
- Support communications: information you include when you contact us, such as messages, attachments, and diagnostic details you choose to share.
- Payment and subscription data: if you purchase a subscription, your payment is processed by the app store or our payment partners. We receive limited data needed to confirm subscription status (for example, a receipt or entitlement status), not your full card details.
Information collected automatically
- Device and app information: device type, operating system version, app version, language, and approximate region (for example, based on locale or IP-derived country). We do not need precise GPS location for AutoRec unless explicitly stated in the App.
- Usage information: actions within the App such as feature usage, performance metrics, crash reports, and basic diagnostics.
- Log and security data: IP address, timestamps, and identifiers used to detect fraud, abuse, and security incidents, and to enforce our Terms.
Telephony and communications data
If AutoRec enables calling and messaging features, we may process certain information needed to provide those services, such as call and message routing metadata, delivery events, and anti-abuse signals. The exact fields may vary depending on how the Platform is implemented and which service providers are used.
We do not sell your personal information.
How We Collect Information
- Directly from you when you sign up, subscribe, or contact support.
- Automatically when you use the App or Site (for example, logs, diagnostics, and security events).
- From service providers that help us operate the Platform (for example, hosting, analytics, subscription verification, and communications infrastructure).

- Cookies (Site only): you can control cookies in your browser settings. Some site functionality may be affected if cookies are disabled.
Data Retention
We retain information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this Policy, including to provide the Platform, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
Retention periods can vary depending on the type of data and why it is collected. Some log and security data may be retained for a period of time to prevent abuse and protect the Platform.

No system can be guaranteed 100% secure, and you are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and device access.
Children’s Privacy
The Platform is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
International Users
We are based in the United States. If you access the Platform from outside the United States, you understand that information may be processed and stored in the U.S. and other jurisdictions, which may have different data protection laws than your country.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will update the “Last revised” date and may provide additional notice in the App or on the Site when appropriate.
